Media does constantly bring us in this changing and evolving world. It is quietly changes to people and culture on their social behavior. The reliance on social media can have detrimental effects on your mental health. While media platforms have individual benefits using them such as school and works. Even you got the benefits from the media, you cannot avoid to bring us harmful effects too much using it. But even you are media literate, we couldn’t assure that it will bring only good for us rather than it could bring negatively affect your mental health. It can lead you in to self-esteem, comparing yourself to others on social media by stalking their aesthetically and do little assuage your feeling of self-doubt. Otherwise, not only has media health proven to bring unhappiness, but it can also lead to the development of mental health issues. Thus, those have discussed in above does not mean to stop using media but rather than it will remind you to reduce time using it while maximizing the media benefits.
